What fabrics does Eeda use?

Every Eeda piece is handcrafted in premium fabrics — silk, chanderi, tissue, brocade and organza. The exact fabric and lining are listed on each product page, including for individual separates like our shirts.

What sizes does Eeda offer?

Eeda makes sizes XS to 4XL. Garments are designed in a relaxed fit with roughly 3 to 4 inches of ease. As a made-to-order label, we can also tailor to your exact measurements — the measurement chart is the last image on each product page.

Does Eeda offer customisation?

Yes. Eeda is a made-to-order label and we customise select styles including length, fit and colour wherever possible, including front and back length on high-low pieces. Many sets can also be made with pants instead of a skirt.

Can I get an Eeda style in a different colour?

Often, yes. As a made-to-order brand, many Eeda styles can be crafted in an alternative colour. Message us on WhatsApp with the piece and the colour you would like, and we will confirm.

What is Eeda's delivery timeframe?

Orders within India are delivered within 14 to 20 days from dispatch. International orders may take at least 20 to 25 days. We dispatch Monday to Saturday, and urgent orders can sometimes be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.

Does Eeda ship internationally?

Yes, Eeda ships worldwide. Domestic shipping across India is free. For international orders, customs duties, taxes and shipping charges are borne by the customer.

Does Eeda offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, we offer COD for domestic orders. For orders above ₹10,000 or for plus sizes, a 50% advance is required to confirm the order and avoid return-to-origin shipments.

What is Eeda's return and exchange policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any orders. However, if you have a fit-related concern, please reach out and we will do our best to assist with a suitable solution.

How do I care for my Eeda outfit?

Our silk, tissue and organza pieces are best dry cleaned, to protect both the fabric and the handwork. Hand-dyed and handwoven items may show slight variations, reflecting their unique craftsmanship.
